Since Truett Cathy opened the first Chick-fil-A Restaurant in 1967, the chain has grown to be one of the largest family owned businesses in the country.

A key component of Chick-fil-A's success has been Chick-fil-A, Inc.'s stable management team. While corporate management at many other quick-service restaurant companies has changed frequently, many members of the Chick-fil-A corporate management team and Chick-fil-A corporate staff have been with the company for more than 20 years.
