Military Families Honored at 5th Annual Appreciation Night
About 13,500 military personnel and their family members received free Chick-fil-A meals during Military Appreciation Night at restaurants across Southern California.
For the fifth year in a row, the Chick-fil-A® Military Appreciation Night provided thousands of military men and women and their families with free Chick-fil-A Meals. About 13,500 former and current military personnel and their families were served meals, along with games and activities at 42 Chick-fil-A restaurants in Southern California.
Chick-fil-A at Quarry Creek in Oceanside, Calif. served about 1,500 free meals at the event. "Being in a military community, we felt this was a great opportunity to show our thanks, to give back and to really be generous to those who support us and sacrifice so much for us and our freedom," Operator Adam Hoffman said.
Restaurants from four different areas participated in the event, including the San Diego, Los Angeles, Inland Empire and Orange County.
