A. You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A Card three ways:
By checking your receipt. The balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt any time the Chick-fil-A Card is used to pay for a purchase. By calling 1-888-232-1864. By visiting a Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A Cards and having a Team Member perform a balance inquiry. Please note that Chick-fil-A Card transactions cannot be performed at Chick-fil-A Express or Chick-fil-A Licensed locations (such as airports, college campuses, office complexes, and hospitals, etc.).

A. You may add money to an existing Chick-fil-A Card at any time by visiting any Chick-fil-A Restaurant that sells Chick-fil-A Cards. Please note that Chick-fil-A Card transactions cannot be performed at Chick-fil-A Express or Chick-fil-A Licensed locations (such as airports, college campuses, office complexes, and hospitals, etc.). Denominated cards of $10 or $15 purchased from a third party retailer other than a Chick-fil-A® restaurant are not reloadable.

A. 1. Visit any Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A Cards to exchange a damaged or unreadable card. Please note that Chick-fil-A Card transactions cannot be performed at Chick-fil-A Licensed locations (such as airports, college campuses, office complexes, and hospitals, etc.). 2. Mail the Chick-fil-A Card, along with a completed Chick-fil-A Card Replacement Form, to the address provided on the form. A replacement Chick-fil-A Card will be sent by mail. A. To determine if your lost or stolen Chick-fil-A Card can be replaced, you will need the original sales receipt as well as the original activation receipt. A. The Chick-fil-A Card is not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law and then only to the extent required by applicable law. In states that require cash back on remaining balances on gift cards, you may obtain cash back at a participating Chick-fil-A Restaurant or you may print the Chick-fil-A Card Cash Back Form and mail the completed form and your Chick-fil-A Card to the address provided on the form. A. Funds can be added in any amount from $1.00 to $100.00 onto your Chick-fil-A Card, up to a maximum Card balance of $110.00.
