Chick-fil-A Food Facts

The current Chick-fil-A Kid's Meal consists of either a 4 or 6 count of breaded Nuggets; 4 or 6 count of Grilled Nuggets; 1 or 2 count of Chick-n-Strips™. Side items include choice of Waffle Potato Fries™, Buddy Fruits® Apple/Cinnamon Applesauce, or fruit cup, and choice of 1% milk, 100% apple juice, or freshly squeezed lemonade.

Chick-fil-A® Nuggets and Chick-n-Strips™ are made from whole breast-meat chicken and are hand-breaded and cooked fresh at each Restaurant. Chick-fil-A® Nuggets and Chick-n-Strips™ are cooked in 100% refined peanut oil, which has healthy blend of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, no cholesterol and no trans fat. The grilled nuggets are bite-sized pieces of tender all breast meat chicken, seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Our fruit cup and the applesauce provides ½ cup serving of fruit. Our milk counts as 1 cup of milk, and the apple juice counts as ½ cup serving of juice.
