If you complete an application for a franchise opportunity with Chick-fil-A on this Site, or express interest or otherwise request information about franchise opportunities, we will use your Personal Information to comply with your request for information or in connection with evaluating your application for a franchise restaurant business opportunity. By expressing interest in becoming and/or applying to become an Operator of a franchised Chick-fil-A Restaurant business, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in order to assist you in applying to become a Chick-fil-A® franchised Operator, and to assist us in selecting Chick-fil-A Operator candidates. Personal Information collected from Operator applicants includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone numbers, social security number, email address, date of birth, educational background, criminal background and financial statement. Failure to provide any requested information, including, but not limited to, requested Personal Information, may negatively impact consideration of your application to become a Chick-fil-A® franchised Operator. In order to serve better the Chick-fil-A® franchised Operators, a Chick-fil-A Operator's Personal Information may be shared between Chick-fil-A and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Collection and Use of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Employment Applicant Personal Information

We will only collect Personal Information when you voluntarily submit such information to us at this Site.

If, through this Site, you complete an application for employment with Chick-fil-A, Inc. for a corporate staff position, or request information regarding such opportunities, we will use your Personal Information to comply with your request for information or in connection with evaluating your application for an employment position on Chick-fil-A's corporate staff. By applying to become a Chick-fil-A staff member, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in this manner. Personal Information collected from an individual applicant includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone numbers, status to work lawfully in the United States, educational background, employment history and background, and other information pertinent to employment qualifications. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to persons under the age of 13. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY REQUEST, SOLICIT OR COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM ANY PERSON WE KNOW TO BE UNDER THE AGE OF 13.
