First 100 Details
It's always exciting when a new Chick-fil-A Restaurant opens. But it's especially rewarding for 100 people who will be chosen to participate in the Grand Opening.
That's because each of the "First 100" qualified participants at the Grand Opening of a Chick-fil-A Restaurant who comply with the Official Rules will receive a Grand Prize of one Chick-fil-A Meal - Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® and drink – per week for a year (equating to 52 meals).
Thanks to overwhelming support, the event has grown tremendously over the years. Increasingly so, there have been very large crowds arriving very early for the "First 100." To help ease confusion and to allow our guests equal opportunity to participate in the "First 100," a new registration process has been put in place for the "First 100."
If there are more than 100 people prepared to participate on Wednesday at 6 a.m. local Restaurant time, all 100 spots will be distributed via a raffle system. Each qualified person on-site by 6 a.m. sharp local Restaurant time on Wednesday, will receive one entry into the raffle drawing. We recommend participants arrive no earlier than 5:30 a.m. local Restaurant time on Wednesday, the day before the store officially opens
NOTE: Whether or not a raffle is needed on Wednesday morning, registered participants are required to stay on the property until prizes are awarded Thursday morning.
- To win, a registered participant must be 18 years of age or older with valid photo ID, and remain in their designated spot on the premises until the Grand Opening of the Restaurant. (Exceptions are made for short restroom breaks.)
- Please note that no unofficial rosters/sign-in sheets will be honored.
- If 100 people are not present at 6 a.m. local Restaurant time on Wednesday, a raffle will not be necessary. Instead, all participants will be registered one at a time.
- No purchase is necessary to participate.
- Employees and their immediate family and household members (whether or not related) of Chick-fil-A, Inc., CFA Properties, Inc., Chick-fil-A, Dwarf House, Truett's Grill Restaurants, franchised Chick-fil-A Operators and any of their affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate and may not win a prize.
- Additional prizes may be offered, at Chick-fil-A's sole discretion, and will be awarded based on random drawings and among qualified participants.
- No pets allowed, except service animals.
- Chick-fil-A reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, not to award any prize to any participant for any reason.
