Ever heard of the First 100? Since 2003, excited customers camp out in the parking lot of a new Chick-fil-A restaurant. The First 100 customers on the morning of the opening receive free Chick-fil-A for one year – that’s more than $30,000 in free food.
In 2013, Chick-fil-A distributed 29,867,220 books within their Chick-fil-A Kid's Meals!
Chick-fil-A has been given more than $32 million in college scholarships to our Team Members since 1973.
The Chick-fil-A Bowl was recently renamed to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and is college football’s most charitable bowl game. In 2013, the Chick-fil-A Bowl provided a record $7.4 million in team payout, bringing the all-time total team payout to participating universities to more than $125 million. Since 2002, the Atlanta bowl game has also distributed $17.3 million in scholarship and charity to various organizations.
In 1995, a clever herd of renegade cows lacking grammar skills figured out that the best way to stay alive was to tell humans to “Eat Mor Chikin”. They’ve been saving their hides ever since.
Chick-fil-A has been selling cow calendars since 1998. To date, we’ve sold more than 20 million calendars.
