I am Vice President of Marketing for a pediatric company in the New Orleans area. Our CEO was so impressed with the service your team at the new Chick-fil-A in Slidell offers - that we used it as a tool to show our team what great service is all about.
On Day 1 we took our team to a big competitor of yours and didn't tell them why. Just that we were treating lunch and we wanted them to take note of the experience. On Day 2 we went to Chick-fil-A.
After lunch on Day 2 we let the team know our purpose in going to both places to see what observations they made. Each person noticed the difference in Customer Service! Comments that were made-

~Your team greeted us with a smile and welcomed us
~Your team made us feel that we were in a full service restaurant
~Your team had a greeter in the dining room
~Your team brought food to our table
~Your team opened doors for us as we left & refilled our sodas!
It's apparent that you focus on training and choosing the right employees. It's not that we had a bad experience at your competitor but we had a great experience with you! Kudos to you for having such wonderful philosophies and rolling them out to your team!
