My story is short and sweet, but I had a very rough day at work and was trying to rent a car to drive to Florida. My family and I stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Cockeysville, Maryland and I received the best customer service I have had in a very long time. My server, Jessica, went out her way to make sure that my order was correct. She even explained that there wasn't anymore sweet tea ready and actually put the splenda in my tea without even being asked. Working at the eye clinic at GBMC we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and I was so happy to receive the same treatment without even being an important person. I have never received such good treatment at any other fast food restaurant in my life, and other burger restaurants chains could learn a lesson from the great team at that store.
