Second Chance.
When the 59 and Little York Chick-fil-A restaurant first opened up we ordered delivery for an office birthday celebration. We were a little upset with the order since we were missing our fries, utensils and ice. We gave Chick-fil-A a call and let them know our concern since they were a new opening and they probably hadn't done many catering jobs yet. They fixed the problems we had. They went above and beyond to fix them. They sent breakfast coupons and had multiple people call to apologize for their mistakes. We had only called to let them know so that they could fix it for the future but they exceeded our expectations by far!
After this incident we figured we would try them again for our inventory warehouse lunch which was about a 300-400 dollar order compared to the previous order of 50-60 dollars. I was a little worried that this would turn out a disaster but decided to give them a second shot. I was sure glad I did! They nailed everything on our order! The order arrived HOT AND FRESH on time! I got tons of compliments about this lunch! We will use them for just about any catering job we do!
