Chick-fil-A always has supreme customer service. As a mom of an infant and a toddler, Chick-fil-A employees help me from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave. One of the Chick-fil-A employees took this to a whole new level.
When I arrived, she held the door open for me so I could push the stroller into the store while holding my toddler's hand. Then she asked me if she could get a high chair for me and took it to a table for me. While I ordered, she wiped the table down for me, set up the high chair and put down a place mat for my toddler. Normally a Chick-fil-A employee brings the food to the table for me. But this day was very busy, so I had to go up and get my food personally. So she volunteered to watch my two children for me while I went up to get my food tray, napkins, condiments, etc.
Throughout the meal, she made sure that my cup was never empty. And when it came time to leave, she took my tray and its contents to the trash can for me. Then she proceeded to walk me to my car holding my toddler's hand so I could push the infant in the stroller! She held my toddler's hand while I got my infant into the car. It was very much appreciated since the Chick-fil-A was extremely busy inside and out. Both drive-thru lanes were full and the parking lot was a colossal nightmare! When I thanked her for doing this, she said it was her pleasure. She said she felt I had my arms full and she wanted to help me keep my toddler safe.
Whenever I go to other restaurants, I am always reminded of how superb the customer service is at Chick-fil-A in comparison. I think all moms would agree that Chick-fil-A goes out of its way to help moms. I've been to so many restaurants where I struggled with the door, the food tray, getting drinks, etc. and no employees or patrons offered to help me. I'm glad Chick-fil-A gets it right!
