Wow! A Fast Food Restaurant?

Wow! We have never experienced such a great fast food restaurant. We stopped in the Chick-fil-A at Cy-Fair on September 7th between 1 & 2pm. We chose to eat in and were pleasantly surprised. We sat at a spotlessly clean table in a comfortable booth. Score one, Chick-fil-A!

Ordering was a breeze from the polite, friendly staff. Score two, Chick-fil-A! A nice, young lady gave great service by carrying our tray to the table. Score three, Chick-fil-A! The Waffle Fries were hot and fresh, but not greasy, and the Chick-n-Strips were large and tasted freshly cooked. Score four, Chick-fil-A! The table was cleared while we sat and talked to each other. Score five, Chick-fil-A!

We were so impressed by this Restaurant that we took the time to ask for the manager. The young lady who carried our tray to our table said she was a leader! (She looked so young!) We thanked her for the great service.

I've got to say this location is doing it ALL right -- it must have a great, positive, hands-on management system. We'll be back. Good job, Chick-fil-A at Cy-Fair!
