Finally Found The "Right One"

I was a single guy just out for lunch at Chick-fil-A. I was having a bad day and eating Chick-fil-A was really brightening my day, so I took a picture of my lunch and posted it to Facebook. Later that night I received a comment to my post from an old friend who said that she was jealous. I innocently invited to take her to Chick-fil-A if she drove the 2 hours from where she lived to visit me.

After a couple of days, she decided she couldn't turn down lunch at Chick-fil-A. So after a couple weeks of talking some more we had our first date at Chick-fil-A. One date turned into seeing each other every weekend, which meant that we were driving 2 hours a week one way to visit each other.

After a couple of months, I knew that this girl was "the one" for me. So I told her we would go back the next weekend to Chick-fil-A for lunch. She was excited. We went into the store and it was busy for lunch. So I had her get a seat and I went up to the front counter. I gave the ring box to the manager and he and the staff wished me good luck. I went and found her and sat down. She was wondering where the food was. I told her the manager said he would bring it to us since it was busy. He brought the tray to us and she started eating her Waffle Fries which made me start to shake and get nervous. So after what felt like an eternity and her starting to question why I was acting "wierd", she grabbed her box of Chick-fil-A Nuggets and opened it and then dropped the box in shock. She said, "Are you serious?" So I got down on one knee and told her how much she meant to me and how I wanted to love her for the rest of my life. She of course said yes, and we kissed and the entire restaurant started clapping.

The staff made it such an amazing day and helped make the surprise that she always wanted. Chick-fil-A helped us start our relationship and bring us together. Right after we got married, I became an employee of a new Chick-fil-A store. Chick-fil-A has become everything to us! Thank You!
