Willingness To Help!
I had driven into Woodstock, Georgia to meet a friend and after our visit I stopped at the Dwarf House Chick-fil-A on 92 to get a salad. After I came out, my car wouldn't start and I couldn't get a hold of my husband. We live 40 miles away. I didn't know what to do because my friend had left and was in a meeting, so I went and asked if one of the employees at Chick-fil-A could give me a jump start. The only one that knew what to do was the Assistant Manager John Cowan. He brought around the catering van and tried to jump start my car, but nothing happened. It was dead.
I called the auto parts store where I purchased the battery a few years ago and they were 3 miles down the road. John was so sweet. He removed my damaged battery, and he drove me down to the auto parts store where I purchased another battery, then we drove back to my car. John installed my new battery and cleaned off the post. Then he made sure everything was okay for me to be on my way. I offered him some money but he just told me "I didn't do it for money, I just knew I needed help". What a sweet man to go of out of his way to help me in such a big way when he didn't have to. Thank you so much John and thank you Chick-fil-A for hiring people that are so special.
