A friend and I stopped at Chick-fil-A #01998 in Vinings on 2/24/11 and were surprised at the way we were treated by the staff. A lady named Bekka (I think - a sweet blond lady) greeted us as we came in and she was filling the condiment table (napkins, straws, salt/pepper, mayo, etc.).- as we were going to refresh ourselves before ordering. When we got in line to order, Brenda greeted us, we ordered and as I use a walker, she told us she'd bring our order to our table. As we enjoyed our meal, Bekka came by several times to check on us and asked if we needed anything. We advised her our meal was good, but did ask about a senior coffee. She said she would be happy to get us one and also bring the cream. She did bring a cup but told us she did not know if it was hot enough. Upon checking it, the coffee was cold. Bekka said she'd make a fresh pot and bring to us. She did this and even gave a re-fill when we asked if it was available. Brenda also came by once to check on us, but since she was more busy with orderings, Bekka seemed to go out of her way to make sure we were okay and made sure we got assistance with anything we may need. I wish to ask you to give Bekka a hardy reward for her kindness for two ladies. I don't know if it would be a good "pat-on-the back' or special acknowledgement, but would suggest that this be a welcome compliment to all your restaurants to have someone who does this for customers. Uncommon kindness can bring more customers in to enjoy being treated in such a way as they enjoy an excellent meal.
