Dear Chick-fil-A Executives,
I am pleased to write that my first experience at Chick-fil-A was an outstanding one due to the incredible customer service of Mr. Robert Simmons, the Manager of the Thoroughbred Square restaurant! Several students from Grace Bible College (Grand Rapids, MI) and a couple faculty members traveled to Nashville this week and stopped for dinner at Robert's store. He was most friendly and very welcoming in addition to giving our team of musicians a discount on one meal order. He continued to serve us by refilling drinks, bringing our food to us in short order, and conversing with our team about our plans in Nashville.
In my opinion, Robert performed exceptionally well with brilliant people skills and exceptional customer service.Thank you Robert for the wonderful dining experience.
