I wanted to share the most amazing experience at Chick-fil-A in Oxford, Ms. Two elderly ladies who lived together (a 93 year old mother and her daughter) were weekly customers of Chick-fil-A. Both of these ladies were in poor health and were always helped by the employees and came to be loved by them. The mother passed away about two weeks ago and the daughter mentioned to the employees that she was moving into an apartment. All the young people who worked at Chick-fil-A immediately offered to help her move. This friend of mine has very limited finances/resources and could not afford to pay movers. This move was a "monumental" task in extremely hot weather and very bad conditions. These young people have worked so hard all week during their time off from Chick-fil-A. They came with a truck, a smile, and a cheerful spirit. They were upbeat and never once complained about the heat or work. This move could not have taken place without them. These employees are a credit to their families and to Chick-fil-A.
