First Day Of School
First of all, I would like to say how much we love Chick-fil-A. The employees are ALWAYS courteous, kind and efficient!
My children started back to school on August 26th. When I picked them up that afternoon from their first day of school, my son Kyle, asked if he could buy an Icedream cone for himself and his sisters. We went to Chick-fil-A at Tiger Town in Opelika. As we were leaving, my youngest daughter, Karlyn, tripped in the parking lot and her Icedream cone fell to the ground. I was checking her to make sure she wasn't injured because she was starting to cry. She was okay, but was upset because she had dropped the cone that her brother had bought for her. An employee named Jennifer, came outside and asked if Karlyn was okay. She had seen Karlyn fall. She saw that Karlyn had dropped the cone and immediately went back into the restaurant and returned with a new cone for Karlyn. Karlyn was so happy. We were so impressed with the kindness that Jennifer showed. It really did make my kids day. Thank you Jennifer!! You were a great example to my kids and myself of how to treat others. We love Chick-fil-A.
