The Real Deal
I don't usually eat at Chick-fil-A, but today I decided to go to the mall and as I walked by it caught my attention. The seating and the atmosphere isn't like fast food at all. There wasn't a line, so I didn't have to wait. Tyler was the young man who took my order. He was very polite and really caring. I told him I wanted a number 5. He said it will be couple minutes on my chicken because they are making it fresh. I had no problem with that..fresh chicken is the best!
I noticed, as I sat down, a lady wearing a blue dress up shirt with an apron on. I thought it was the manager. Her nametag said Kimberly. She brought out my food and told me it was fresh Waffle Fries and fresh chicken. I smiled at her because no one has ever told me that before. Usually it's like, "Here you go ... Sorry for the wait."
About 7-8 minutes later she checked up on me. She also checked the whole floor. I've been here for about 30 minutes and she's still working hard. She hasn't stopped smiling. She is focused. Dedicated. All about the customers. The way it should be. I thank her for making my lunch great. I'm glad I have some place to go for lunch now and know that I will always be in good hands.
Thank you Chick-fil-A. You made my day.
