Late For Breakfast
We seem to have trouble getting to Chick-fil-A on time for breakfast. We are sometimes just a few minutes late. The first time, we didn't even realize we were late and ordered our regular #7. We pulled up and they handed us the lunch #7. When the guy realized that we thought we ordered the breakfast #7, he was apologetic and handed us all the breakfast food they had left to make up for the confusion. It was our error and he made sure we had a positive experience. He certainly made an impression and we tell all of our friends about the service we consistently get from Chick-fil-A.
Today, we were late again. So late that they didn't have any of our regular breakfast items. Blake (the manager) thanked us for being such great customers by loading us up with breakfast items we hadn't had before and a few coupons for free sandwiches for our next visits. His customer service skills are superior to any other experience we've ever had.
