Helping A Stranger
This morning, April 10, 2014, my car broke down in the turn lane to my apartment complex. I was standing out in the cold with a police officer while having my car put onto a tow truck and I was crying because I was frustrated to high heaven that this had happened very early in the morning. I was speaking with the police officer when I felt a tap on my shoulder and it was one of the employees from the East Lake Chick-fil-A. I assume he had seen me standing in the cold on his way to work this morning. He had brought me breakfast. It was one of the nicest things a stranger had ever done for me. I started to cry even harder and all I could say was thank you. I did not get his name, but I felt truly blessed and loved that someone had enough compassion to do something so small that ended up being the brightest spot in my whole day. So THANK YOU kind sir and East Lake Chick-fil-A for being absolutely compassionate and wonderful. God bless you all - Camille D.
