Restructuring My Dining Experience
My story is brief, but filled with what I'd call the first esoteric moment in restructuring my dining experience. Indeed, it may sound like an odd title for describing my dining experience at Chick-fil-A; still this is a true account of my first visit to Chick-fil-A in Brandywine, Maryland (Brandywine FSU (#02456). It goes with saying with me, being a particular businessman in my own agency, I expect to go above and beyond to satisfy my Clients! During frequent dining experiences I learned to not accept substandard service, from entrance to wait staff, to the quality of the food, clearing of the diner, overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including but not limited to five star Hotel services (Which I know quite a bit about). Having choices can be overwhelming, there are so many fine dining places in the Brandywine and Waldoff region of Maryland: Yet, there are those who are diligent in pleasing customers. After all, it's ultimately about repeat customers. So, back to Store # 02456 and why this story is being shared. I decided to deviate from the normal routine at two local dine-in restaurants and try something different: Let me tell the truth, Chick-fil-A never appealed to my image or appetite- not at all. But, I felt compelled to give it a try, stop there, grab a sandwich, coffee and desert - I must tell you this, once I commit that's it! The two restaurants I've dealt with won me over, no matter where travel leads, these two are the only places I seek out. Surprisingly, this first dining experience at Chick-fil-A has blown me away, I can't stay away, don't want to stay away, loving it more every day! Chick-fil-A caused me to restructure the way my dining experience should be like. The Staff and Managers are exceptional in customer service standards, caring, friendly, remembering my name and repeating it. Do you have any idea how important that can make you feel, waiting to dine, staff smiling and greeting you by your NAME! What top notch service being rendered!- Jim W.
