Loyal For Life
Chick-fil-A family...that's what we are!
After 11yrs of marriage, my wife and I have 2 children (ages 9 and 3) and Chick-fil-A has LITERALLY become a household word for us!
My youngest, DeLaney, says she LOVES Chick-fil-A just about every day. If we go out somewhere, she wants to know if we are going to Chick-fil-A. When we leave church on Sunday, it is Chick-fil-A she wants to stop at, even though she has been told 100+ times that you are closed that day. If I make chicken at home, she wants the chicken from your company.
And then there's the "cow"...the dressed up cow that visits locations. Oh my goodness...you would have thought the president himself walked in when she sees that cow!
Since my oldest was born, McKynna, she has built into her week at least two "I want Chick-fil-A tonight" burst of excitement. She just can't get enough. The last time we went was on her birthday, April 22, 2011 when she turned 9. We visited our favorite location in Allen, Texas (Twin Creeks Village - Niel B. Franchise Owner). The whole store, including the Allen police department eating lunch there, sang happy birthday to her! And YES!...the "cow" was there too! So, it was a very memorable day for those two kiddos!
My wife and I...well, we just LOVE chicken and Chick-fil-A is our FAVORITE chicken in the whole world! Not only do we get consistent, quality food (handled with people wearing gloves! yeah!), but served to us at our table by what I am going to term FFF Servers (3F Servers) for Fast Food Full Servers. I have never seen the likes of it. On our last visit, even Mr. Neil B. stopped at every single table to ask if any of us needed a refill on our drinks....and that was with a FULL HOUSE on and busy Saturday! Unbelievable, just unbelievable! I wish every fast food dining experience was like this. I love the company so much, I have looked at corporate jobs to apply to. Now THAT is "leaving an impression on a customer" at every level.
Chick-fil-A, we are Loyal For Life!
