Two Hours, Twice A Year
Every year, twice a year, for two years running, five of my close friends and I have piled into a van and driven an hour south out of Ann Arbor, Michigan into Toledo to get our hands on our favorite food.
This has become somewhat of a post-finals tradition for us, coming out of high school, and should continue for us in college where we'll be together as well. We lament that there are no closer locations of this amazing restaurant and have been campaigning for a few years (at least among ourselves) to find a way to get a restaurant in our home town.
This college town is the perfect location for those who sup on the golden chicken and curved fries of Chick-fil-A. Your fans here are plentiful and ravenous for chicken. The game day sales on football Saturdays, where we fill our stadium at 109,901 strong every weekend should surely suffice as a reason for bringing your beloved franchise to our town.
My friends and I have bonded over this trip for years; the pictures we take with the mascot have served as Christmas cards, and reminders of how close we are.
There is nothing you could do to let us down, but an expansion into the great city of Ann Arbor would not only prove a profitable venture, but one that would bring a great deal of happiness to this city.
