Dear Stephen (operator of Chick-fil-A in Smyrna),
I just want to commend the whole staff at Chick-fil-A in Smyrna, GA for a job well done. I visit the restaurant quite often with my 2 year old son and receive friendly and consistent service every time -- no exceptions. Often times, we come in on Tuesday evenings --family night -- and even with a full restaurant (busting with children) -- all the... read more >
Chick-fil-A is a weekly hang out spot for my son (7) and I. The Johnston's and their managing crew are awesome and very creative with their family activities. Every week's family activities prove such care to details.
This past Tuesday, May 10, 2011, Chick-fil-A hosted a Date with Mom night. I have to honestly admit that it was one of the best dates I have been on in my life. My son and I enjoye... read more >
14 months before this photo was taken, I decided it was time for me to start enjoying a healthier lifestyle. Through the help of the Weight Watchers program and many, many Chick-fil-A grilled chicken sandwiches and fruit cups I have lost 103 pounds! If you notice, the photo is taken of me standing next to a large photo of me 103 pounds ago. I look and feel so much younger and healthier!

The tornado hit Birmingham Alabama on April 27, 2011. My mother's neighborhood, close to Pratt City, was hit hard. Her home was spared but everything around her was leveled. The day after the tornado I took food, and water to my mother and brother. I had to park far away and walk because the neighborhood was impassible by car. When I got the entrance of my mother's subdivision I saw Heath K.,... read more >

My youngest, DeLaney, says she LOVES Chick-fil-A just about every day. If we go out somewhere, she wants to know if we are going to Chick-fil-A. When we leave church on Sunday, it is Chick-fil-A she wants to stop at, even th... read more >
On my daughter’s third birthday, I took her and her sister to our local Chick-fil-A for lunch. Angela, the marketing director, came by to ask us if we needed anything — little did she know what my family was going through. We started talking, and as soon as she found out it was Sonya’s third birthday, she ran into the back of the restaurant and came back with a balloon, a brownie sundae and a lit... read more >
As an airline pilot, often times passengers will stick their heads up in the flight deck and say hello as I am preparing for a flight. Back in the year 2000, I was hired with AirTran Airways and began serving Atlanta, Georgia while maintaining residence with my family in Illinois. About once every month one of our passengers, an elderly man, introduced himself to me and said kind words of thanks... read more >
I've always believed the old adage, "A penny saved is a penny earned," so my husband and I save our loose change in a jar until one of us finally rolls it in coin wrappers. One afternoon, with my pennies, nickels, quarters and dimes in hand, I took my children, Spencer and Abby, and their Aussie friends, Hamish and Francesca, for our first visit to the newly-opened Chick-fil-A in our neighborhood... read more >
