My family has been through a lot through the years. My husband and I have five young children, two of whom have special needs. We have a child with mild cerebral palsy and a child who is a cancer survivor. My husband had to stop working well over a year ago so that he could be with our son during chemo and radiation.
We were blessed to have the love and support of our local Chick-fil-A, which so... read more >
Our family has been faithful customers at the La Plata, MD location since the first week it opened. We have enjoyed many a school fundraiser, play date lunch with friends, and Family Night. The list goes on and on. We are always greeted with a "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" and a smile. When you endear yourself to your customers, it is felt and greatly appreciated especially when the world outside can b... read more >
Hello. We are a family of 6 from San Antonio, TX. We serve as missionaries in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We left the USA, March 2009 to begin our journey that has led us to serving. We returned to the US as a family only two times, once for a wedding and once for a funeral. The last time (prior to July 12) was last June/July and we had a blast during the 2012 Cow Appreciation Day. We knew we w... read more >
I just wanted to drop a note to thank my all-time favorite restaurant, and to share a victory in my life that you helped me to achieve. For the past 18 months I have dined and studied at the Chick-fil-A in Garrisonville, Virginia several times a week. I chose this Chick-fil-A because of the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. It is the perfect place for me to study - e... read more >
My cousin and I DJ for Chick-fil-A family night in Elkton every other Thursday, leading activities like super bingo, friendly feud and karaoke. We always have a packed house and customers have fun with the cow-conga-lines and the cupid shuffle!
My mom and dad used to go to another large fast food chain every day until I finally convinced them to try Chick-fil-A. They never went back to the other ... read more >
Recently our family decided to take a quick trip down to the Alabama Gulf Coast. After about four hours in the van, we arrived at our destination, an alligator farm, only to find it closed due to the weather. Needless to say this did not sit well with our 4 year old son who is on an alligator kick and had talked about it for the entire trip or our 8 year old son who was just ready to be somewhere... read more >
My kids are always willing to do something silly and fun with me. This time it was dressing up as cows for Chick-fil-A's Cow Appreciation Day for free grub. My creative 9 year old daughter made bull horns for her brother and herself and we all made our own shirts. It was so awesome seeing all the inventive ideas at the Restaurant. We saw rubber udders, paint on faces and legs, paper ears and n... read more >
First of all, do you know how hard it is to convince a 3 year old to dress up like a cow when she wants to wear a princess dress? ;) Well anyway, we finally got dressed and out the door to our local Chick-fil-A for Cow Appreciation Day (in the pouring rain, I might add). Got both kids their free meals (they loved their nuggets, applesauce and milk, by the way!). My big girl immediately took of... read more >
