Submissions also cannot be dangerous or unsafe to make or produce. Submissions cannot contain any logo, trademark, service mark, storefront, trade dress, mascot, photograph, or other image of any business or company, other than Chick-fil-A. Such inappropriate photographs are strictly prohibited, and any Submission in violation of the above requirements and restrictions will not be posted.
7. By making a Submission, you hereby agree that Chick-fil-A, Inc., or its affiliated entities, shall be the sole and exclusive owner of any materials submitted by you to this Site. To the extent the foregoing does not assign all such rights in the Submission to Chick-fil-A, you hereby expressly grant Chick-fil-A, Inc. and it's affiliated entities, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, photograph, voice, likeness, story and any identifiable attributes, in whole or in part, in connection with your Submission without inspection or approval of any modifications thereto. Finally, you hereby acknowledge that you have obtained all necessary rights and authorizations from other individuals and third parties contained in a Submission before submitting them to this Site.
