Professional Career

Dr. Crawford W. Loritts Jr. is a nationally known speaker, author and senior pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia. He helped establish churches in Texas and Mississippi and served as associate director of Campus Crusade for Christ. Crawford was selected to serve on Chick-fil-A’s first Board of Directors in 2015.

In January 1964, Crawford committed his life to Christ during a Sunday morning service at the Community Church of God in Plainfield, New Jersey. In 1966 at age16, he acknowledged his calling to preach the gospel. He attended Philadelphia Biblical University from 1968 to 1972, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Bible with an emphasis on pastoral studies.

In March 1972, Crawford was ordained to the gospel ministry by the Christ Baptist Church in Philadelphia serving as a national evangelist with the American Missionary Fellowship (AMF) shortly after. During these years, he traveled throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean, preaching in churches and evangelistic outreaches.

In the past, Crawford has been invited to speak at three Super Bowls, the NCAA Final Four and the Pentagon. He is currently a visiting professor at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and host of "Living a Legacy," a daily radio program that reaches approximately 500,000 people each week.

He has also written numerous articles and seven books: “Leadership as an Identity,” “A Passionate Commitment,” “Never Walk Away,” “Make It Home Before Dark,” “Lessons From A Life Coach,” “For a Time We Cannot See,” and “Unshaken.” He co-authored two books with his wife, Karen, “Developing Character In Your Child” and “Your Marriage Today … and Tomorrow.”

Crawford and Karen have 4 children, and 11 grandchildren.
