Why did my Chick-fil-A One status change with the introduction of the new tier?

As of March 1, 2021, we introduced a new membership tier, Chick-fil-A One^® Signature. The introduction of this new tier allowed us the opportunity to adjust the points needed to reach each tier and the associated benefits. All new members begin with their status as a Chick-fil-A One Member and reach new membership tiers based on their annual spend. You need to receive 1,000 points to become a Chick-fil-A One Silver Member, 4,000 points for Chick-fil-A One Red and 10,000 points for Chick-fil-A One Signature by December 31st each year.
