Why are you testing a new lettuce blend in your salads?

For a limited time, Chick-fil-A^® is testing a new lettuce blend at select U.S. restaurants. This recipe change is part of a test to ensure we are consistently serving you high-quality, fresh lettuce.  

What’s the difference between the new lettuce blend and the current lettuce blend? 

We are testing a new salad blend across all entrée, side and catering salads at select restaurants. Your salad is still made with all the same ingredients you know and love, we’ve just changed the base to understand which option delivers the highest quality. Our new lettuce blend contains the same number of calories and will still be offered at the same price as our current salad items.  

Is the new lettuce blend a permanent change?
