As part of its commitment to providing pathways to growth and opportunity for restaurant employees, Chick-fil-A offers Remarkable Futures Scholarships and educational grants to eligible Team Members. Thanks to this educational initiative, $17 million in scholarships will be given to 6,700 Team Members in 2020.
