Coleman has as much a heart for adventure as does for writing about it, whether that’s tagging along with rock climbers migrating to Mexico for the winter, shooting photos of the Okefenokee Swamp mere feet from an alligator, or logging miles along the famous Appalachian Trail. A native of Atlanta’s sprawling suburbs, Coleman graduated from the University of Georgia and currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and their rescue cat, Eleanor.
