Locally Owned and Operated
Driven by a lifelong desire to serve others, Bill Diaco had the dream of owning and operating his own restaurant since he was a young man. Spending most of his life in New Jersey, Diaco graduated from Paul VI High School in Haddonfield and earned degrees from both Rutgers University and Rowan University. Diaco spent the first 20 years of his post-graduate career fine-tuning his sales, management, operations, and leadership development skills, while serving in a number of roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
After meeting a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator of a local restaurant, Diaco was inspired by not only the man’s journey with Chick-fil-A but the brand’s history of service, purpose, cluture and values. From there, Diaco knew it was time to pursue his vision of owning his own restaurant by becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. In 2016, Diaco’s dream became reality when he opened Chick-fil-A Audubon Crossings. Today, Diaco will continue to serve as Operator of Chick-fil-A Audubon Crossings while simultaneously leading his new team at Chick-fil-A Barrington.
“I hope my story can inspire others to chase their dreams, no matter where they are in life or their career,” said Diaco. “I am thrilled to expand Chick-fil-A’s reach in the place I’ve called home for most of my life and look forward to making this restaurant a cornerstone of the community.”
