Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A 12th Street is locally-owned and operated by Casey Hartley, who also owns the Chick-fil-A Erie location next to the Peach Street Marketplace. He began his career with Chick-fil-A more than 18 years ago as a Restaurant Team Member in hometown of Morgantown, W.V. After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2005, Hartley and his wife, Jess, moved to Pittsburgh, PA, where he took a position at a restaurant outside Pittsburgh in the South Hills suburbs. It was while serving at Chick-fil-A South Hills where his fascination and dedication to the Chick-fil-A brand blossomed.
Hartley was selected in 2010 to become the independent franchised Owner and Operator of Chick-fil-A The Mall at Robinson in Pittsburgh before being chosen to operate Chick-fil-A Erie in 2012. He has been previously honored on three separate occasions with the Chick-fil-A Symbol of Success award, which recognizes franchise Operators who successfully achieve challenging sales goals over the previous year. Hartley has lived locally in Erie for the past eight years with his wife and their young son, Jackson, and is excited to continue serving the community at his second location. Hartley is a devoted movie buff and enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and taking trips to the beach.
“I am honored to have been able to provide great food and genuine hospitality to the Erie community for the past eight years,” said Hartley. “I look forward to continuing to have a positive impact on my Team Members and Guests with the opening of the new Chick-fil-A 12th Street.”
