Locally Owned and Operated
A New Jersey native, Dennis Williams was first introduced to Chick-fil-A while living in Cherry Hill with his wife, Alina, who knew of Chick-fil-A and urged him to give it a try. Impressed by both the freshly-prepared food and the genuine hospitality, Williams soon became a regular Chick-fil-A guest.

With a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and two master’s degrees from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Williams worked in higher education for many years in administrative roles that allowed him to not only influence policy but support and mentor young adults.

As Williams became more familiar with Chick-fil-A, he realized the franchise ownership opportunity could provide him an even larger platform to have a positive influence on his Team Members and his overall community. Williams’ dream was fulfilled when he was selected as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Englewood in 2017, which he will continue to operate. Through the Englewood restaurant, Williams provides opportunities for his Team Members to grow into leadership roles and gives back to the community by donating to children’s summer camp programs, food pantries and organizations that support youth in the area. Williams, along with the support of his wife and his three children, is thrilled to operate another Chick-fil-A in Bergen County, a place their family has called home for the past seven years.

“Being a Chick-fil-A Operator allows for the unique opportunity to truly engrain yourself within the community that you serve,” said Williams. “I am passionate about developing caring leaders with a strong work ethic to be a bright light in our community.”

Team Member Investment
Chick-fil-A franchised Operators are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent, and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. They also offer their Team Members opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring, and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.
