Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A Leon Springs is locally owned and operated by Joshua Cunningham. Cunningham’s journey with Chick-fil-A began in 2002 when he became a Team Member at a local Chick-fil-A restaurant at Forum Shopping Center in Selma, Texas. He continued to work at Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout high school and college, where he attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. It was after attending Chick-fil-A's Team Leader Summit that Cunningham knew becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator was his future.
Shortly after graduating college, Cunningham moved back to San Antonio to work at the Chick-fil-A Medical Center where he was the Kitchen Director for over four years before starting Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program. He and his family lived in 13 cities in 30 months during their time in the Program before he was selected as the Operator of the Rolling Oaks Mall restaurant location in the greater San Antonio area, where he was for over four years before being selected to be the Operator of Chick-fil-A Leon Springs. Cunningham and his wife, Kelly, look forward to welcoming and serving the Leon Springs community in this new restaurant.
“Chick-fil-A has been a part of my story since I can remember and I am thrilled to continue the growth of this incredible restaurant company so close to where I started my Chick-fil-A journey almost 20 years ago,” said Cunningham. “With the opening of this restaurant, I look forward to making a positive impact in the Leon Springs community and providing growth and development opportunities to our new Team Members.”
