Locally Owned and Operated
A Houston native, Justin Belcher grew up vacationing in Livingston and has fond memories of visiting Lake Livingston with his family. As the local Operator of Chick-fil-A Livingston, Belcher is looking forward to building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact on his community.

Belcher began his career with Chick-fil-A as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Northpark Mall in Joplin, Missouri. During this time, Belcher had the opportunity to serve his community after a tornado struck the area by providing food and hospitality to those in need. This experience inspired Belcher to one day open his own Chick-fil-A restaurant so that he could continue making a difference in his community. Over the years, Belcher has worked for Chick-fil-A in a variety of roles, serving as an Interim Manager and Grand Opening Supervisor for Chick-fil-A and as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge. In his free time, Belcher enjoys golf, woodworking, and spending time with his wife Hannah and their daughters, Lila and Paisley. Alongside his family, Belcher looks forward to welcoming and serving the Livingston community with the opening of this new restaurant.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to create an unforgettable and welcoming experience for our guests,” said Belcher. “I look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of our Team Members and growing a team centered on caring for our community.”
