Locally Owned and Operated
Stanley Webster’s career with Chick-fil-A began when he was 15 years old, working part time as a restaurant Team Member in his hometown of Madison, Ala., to help support his family. While he quickly worked his way up from Team Member to management, the restaurant’s Operator, who he saw as a mentor figure, encouraged him to pursue a career with Chick-fil-A. When he turned 21, Webster’s pursuit brought him to California, where he held leadership positions at Chick-fil-A restaurants in Aliso Viejo and Hollywood. With his eyes still set on opening a Chick-fil-A restaurant of his own one day, Webster joined Chick-fil-A, Inc. as part of the company’s Leadership Development Program. During his second year in the program, he was selected to become the franchise Owner of a Chick-fil-A restaurant in downtown Philadelphia, where he has spent the past four years leading his team and growing the business. Webster says his time as a restaurant owner in Philadelphia prepared him for his ultimate goal of opening a Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Los Angeles area.
Now, he looks forward to continuing his career with Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles, providing his team with the same support, mentorship and development opportunities he received from his local Operator as a Team Member.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to make an impact and change lives within my community as a local business owner,” said Webster. “I look forward to welcoming everyone into my restaurant, providing them with remarkable service and quality food.”
