Restaurant Brings Approximately 140 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community, Honors 100 Local Heroes with Free Chick-fil-A Meals for a Year
Located at 8298 Old Highway N, near the intersection of Sommers Road and Highway N, Chick-fil-A Hawks Ridge will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Guests of Chick-fil-A Hawks Ridge can place an order for pickup, dine-in or delivery on the Chick-fil-A®App or online. When joining the Chick-fil-A One® tiered membership program, guests receive points on every qualifying purchase, which can be used to redeem available rewards. The Hawks Ridge restaurant joins 20 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider St. Louis market.

As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.
In O'Fallon, Pierce will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 140 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Pierce is no stranger to Chick-fil-A. After beginning as a Team Member when he was 16 years old, Pierce spent the next six years working through various positions until eventually becoming the Executive Director of Chick-fil-A South Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas. He was later accepted into the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program, where he held 16 different assignments at Chick-fil-A restaurants over the course of two years. Pierce looks forward to using his years of experience to serve and support the O’Fallon community as Operator of Chick-fil-A Hawks Ridge.
“My vision for Chick-fil-A Hawks Ridge is to empower people – Team Members and guests alike – to be the best versions of themselves,” said Pierce. “I look forward to investing in this community and developing young leaders in my restaurant.”
Caring for the O'Fallon Community
In honor of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America on behalf of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater St. Louis area to aid in the fight against hunger.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Hawks Ridge is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the O'Fallon area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.
Pierce’s restaurant will be participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table™ Program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need.
