Locally Owned and Operated

Chick-fil-A Southwest Parkway is locally owned and operated by Mary Beth Leach. A native of Abilene, Texas, Leach began her career with Chick-fil-A in 2007 as a Restaurant Marketing Director in Abilene. Through her position, she helped develop the Chick-fil-A brand throughout Abilene and led events within the local community while partnering with various charitable organizations. Her hard work and commitment to the Chick-fil-A brand eventually gave her the opportunity to assist with opening new restaurants and increase brand growth in various other markets across the country. In 2010, she was chosen for her first Chick-fil-A restaurant inside Heartland Mall in Brownwood, Texas. After three years, Leach set her sights on Northern Texas and opened Chick-fil-A Wichita Falls in 2013.

Leach, her husband, Justin, and their two children have lived in the Wichita Falls area since 2013, and she is excited to continue serving the local community at her new Chick-fil-A Southwest Parkway restaurant. She enjoys mentoring and developing leaders and is eager to continue her passion for leadership at Chick-fil-A Southwest Parkway.

“My family and I have enjoyed being a part of the Wichita Falls community for the past eight years and are eager to continue serving our neighbors through this new restaurant,” said Leach. “I look forward to building relationships with Guests and inspiring my Team Members to become leaders in the community.”
