Locally Owned and Operated

Chick-fil-A Thibodaux is locally owned and operated by Bailey Luna, who started her Chick-fil-A career while in high school. To Luna, Chick-fil-A has always been like family; so much so that she even met her husband, Scott Herring, during an orientation at Chick-fil-A Gause Blvd in Slidell, Louisiana, where they were both hired as Team Leaders.

Originally from Southeast Louisiana, Luna went on to attend Southeast Louisiana University where she pursued a degree in Communications and received a scholarship from Chick-fil-A. Upon her graduation in 2016, Luna was unsure about her path. Mentor and former Chick-fil-A Gause Blvd Operator Nick Perniciaro sat her down and shared the potential he saw in her, ultimately inspiring her to become a Chick-fil-A Operator.

Motivated by Perniciaro’s words of encouragement, Luna continued her career at Chick-fil-A and attended Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program in 2018, alongside her husband Scott, just 24 hours after being married. In 2020, she was selected to become the Operator of Chick-fil-A Thibodaux in the area she has called home for many years and is excited to serve great food and geninue hospitality to the community.

“As an Operator, I am thrilled to offer more jobs and opportunities for the city of Thibodaux,” said Luna. “I look forward to offering the same support my Operator and many other mentors in my Chick-fil-A career offered me, and I plan on being a resource and advocate for all of my Team Members as they work to reach their own personal goals both inside and outside of the restaurant.”
