Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A Rock Row is locally owned and operated by Brad Terrell. A Georgia native turned New Englander, Terrell began his career with Chick-fil-A in April 2012 while studying as a graduate student at the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. He was looking for a flexible job opportunity that would support tuition costs, but what started as a day job turned into a career, due to his passion for the restaurant’s lively atmosphere and the growth opportunities the company offered. After two years at Chick-fil-A James Island, Terrell relocated to Pittsburgh, PA, where he worked at Chick-fil-A South Hills for 15 months before traveling the country to support restaurant openings coast to coast, leading 13 restaurant openings in total. In supporting the Chick-fil-A Seekonk opening, Terrell realized that New England was where he wanted to call home. In 2018, he was selected as Operator of Chick-fil-A Northshore Mall, where he served for nearly three years before being selected as Operator of Chick-fil-A Rock Row.
Alongside his husband Jeremy, Terrell is excited to bring a new Chick-fil-A restaurant to Westbrook, a community the two have grown to love and are committed to wholly supporting.
“I am thrilled to introduce Chick-fil-A to the Westbrook community, and I look forward to our restaurant serving as a place where all Team Members and guests are welcomed and shown care,” said Terrell. “I am also thankful to have had the opportunity to grow as a leader, from serving as a Team Member to an Operator, and I am passionate about creating professional development opportunities for my Team Members to thrive.”
