Restaurant to Bring Approximately 90 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community

In place of the traditional Chick-fil-A First 100® Grand Opening celebration, Chick-fil-A North Bergen will be surprising 100 local heroes making an impact in the local community with free Chick-fil-A for a year. Additionally, in honor of the new restaurant opening, Chick-fil-A will donate $25,000 to Feeding America. The funds will be distributed to partners within the greater Hudson County area to aid in the fight against hunger.
Locally Owned and Operated
For Chick-fil-A North Bergen Operator Adam Smith, “Chick-fil-A family” has a double meaning. Working alongside his cousins, Justin, Jordan and Jeremy, who are also Chick-fil-A Operators, Smith has immersed himself into the restaurant’s culture, finding that the values align with those of his family. Since joining Chick-fil-A, Smith has leaned into his Business Administration degree from Liberty University to advance his leadership skills as an Operator. Recent residents of North Bergen, Smith, his wife and son seek to create meaningful connections with locals while opening the area’s first Chick-fil-A restaurant.
“Chick-fil-A has had a positive impact on my life, and I hope to create those same experiences for both our Team Members and our guests through Chick-fil-A North Bergen,” said Smith. “I look forward to serving this community through genuine hospitality and care for all guests.”
