Guy explained the LoudDoor team examined the data they had collected for the first 7 months of 2014 to compile this year's Top 20 list. Since January 1, 2014, LoudDoor has amassed just under 1.5 million ratings on over 12,000 leading brands.
The surprising survey findings reveal that consumers are loyal to their favorite CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands as these make up 35% percent of 2014's Top 20 list:

To be eligible for LoudDoor's Top 20 list, the brand's Facebook page must have at least 50,000 Fans and LoudDoor must have a minimum of 300 completed surveys on the brand. The rankings are based on the brands' Net Promoter Score®1 among Fans.
