
Chick-fil-A is the only restaurant named to 24/7 Wall Street’s 2014 Customer Service Hall of Fame after a survey of 2,500 adults were asked about the quality of customer service at 150 of America’s best-known companies across 15 industries. Chick-fil-A ranked fourth amongst other brands, including highly rated companies such as Amazon, Hilton, Marriott and Apple. “Instead of benchmarking the direct competition, (Chick-fil-A) sent their managers to the Ritz-Carlton training program. And that is where they learned many things: how to greet customers, how to probe for and serve unexpressed wishes.”
