ATLANTA (March 1, 2015) -- In December of 2014, Chick-fil-A received reports from its payment industry contacts of potential unusual activity involving payment cards used at a few of our restaurants. Following the receipt of those reports, Chick-fil-A launched a comprehensive investigation to determine whether any compromise of its payment systems had occurred. That investigation has now closed, and Chick-fil-A is happy to report that there was no evidence of a compromise of Chick-fil-A’s systems and we have no reason to believe that any customer’s payment information was stolen or at risk of being stolen from Chick-fil-A.
