Standing in a Chick-fil-A in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2015, she watched customers and Team Members alike rave about a menu item being tested: the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich. It was a new take on the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and she says no one could get enough of it or the Smokehouse BBQ sauce that tops off the ingredients.

Get ready for something spicy! We are brought the heat to the menu last fall in Philadelphia, Central Texas and South Texas, and now Phoenix is getting in on the spicy treatment. Restaurants in the Phoenix area are being added to the list for testing new Spicy Chick-n-Strips – a combination of two customer favorites, the original Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips and the Spicy Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich.
