Internships and Entry-Level Jobs to Launch a Career: Your Future Starts Here

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family owned and privately held restaurant company that in 2017 reported 50 consecutive years of sales growth, bringing in more than $9 billion in revenue. Founded by S. Truett Cathy in 1967, the iconic company is still devoted to serving the local communities where its 2,200 restaurants operate across 47 states and Washington, D.C., the majority of which are independently owned and operated by franchised Operators.

A leader in customer service satisfaction and customer experience, in 2017 Chick-fil-A was named the 13th best summer internship program in the United States based on intern reviews, and in 2018, Glassdoor named Chick-fil-A one of the top 100 best places to work.

So whether it’s an internship or entry-level position, Chick-fil-A is the place to build a meaningful career that combines challenging work, caring experienced professionals, and of course, the opportunity to enjoy more than a few chicken sandwiches.

Real Projects, Real Impact

Each summer, Chick-fil-A selects qualified interns to be a part of our paid internship program and work at the company’s Support Center in Atlanta, Ga. where they are presented with real business challenges and provide solutions that make a difference across all areas of the company. While learning the skills needed to successfully navigate the modern workplace, the 10-week program extends experiences unique to our internships, such as career coaching, a Chick-fil-A history tour with a senior leader, community service projects, innovation learning, and even access to the on-site fitness center.

Undergraduate internships are available in these key areas:

  • IT
  • Restaurant development
  • Tax
  • Accounting
  • Field operations
  • Marketing
  • Community affairs
  • Supply chain
  • Enterprise social responsibility

Chick-fil-A Technology Innovation Center internships

For undergraduate students studying computer science, software engineering or a similar field, we offer paid internships in the fall, spring and summer at the Chick-fil-A Technology Innovation Center. The program, located near the campus of Georgia Tech, gives qualified students in and around Atlanta an opportunity to collaborate on experimental technical projects to better serve Chick-fil-A customers and restaurant Operators. Both full-time and part-time internships ranging from 10-14 weeks are available—these are separate experiences from the traditional Chick-fil-A summer internship program.
