I gifted a reward, but the recipient didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If you sent the reward but the recipient has not received it, or it shows as redeemed, used, or claimed, please ask the recipient to re-check after at least 24 hours. If you sent the link using email and the recipient still does not receive it after 24 hours, please try sending the link through another channel (such as text or social messenger).
