What should I do if I have an issue with a DoorDash order I placed through the Chick-fil-A App?

For ordering or payment issues, please contact DoorDash directly at 1-833-430-1315 for assistance. 

Can I replace a Chick-fil-A One® reward that I used once my DoorDash order has been refunded? 

We would be happy to assist you in replacing the reward to your Chick-fil-A One account. Please contact DoorDash directly at 1-833-430-1315 to ensure the order has been cancelled and refunded first. Then please contact Chick-fil-A CARES and include: 

  • The order number. 
  • The name of the Chick-fil-A® Restaurant you ordered from. 
  • The date of your transaction. 

You can find this information by opening the Chick-fil-A® App, tapping “Account” > “Transaction History”, and selecting the order in question.
