What should I do if I have an issue with a DoorDash order I placed through the Chick-fil-A App?

If you redeemed a Chick-fil-A One® reward on your order via the Chick-fil-A App and the order was refunded by DoorDash, we would be more than happy to assist you in replacing the reward to your Chick-fil-A One account. Please contact Chick-fil-A CARES and include the order number, the name of the Chick-fil-A restaurant you ordered from, and the date of the transaction. You can locate these details by tapping "Account", followed by "Transaction history" and locating the transaction for which you require assistance.
If your order has been placed within the past 24 hours, you could qualify for a digital recovery in select markets. Please log in to your Chick-fil-A One account, open Transaction History, select the order and report the issue.
